Do you have a Quality Guarantee?

Yes. We have a full 30 day Quality and Satisfaction Guarantee. We’re confident you’ll be very happy with your purchase but if something’s wrong, we’ll take it back.

How do you handle returns?

For general returns and exchanges, including sizing, please email us with your order number and your request, then send your items to:
NurseCart, 1014 South Veterans Blvd, Glennville, Ga 30427.

In the unlikely event that your shirt is faulty, email us with a picture of the fault and we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label. You can print and use this label to return the item free of charge.

For any return to be valid your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

All apparel items (t-shirts, hoodies etc.) are custom printed to order and are normally shipped within 5 business days. If you need your order faster, you can select the Express Fulfillment upgrade at checkout and your order will be printed and shipped within 2 business days.

All other items (mugs, phone cases, jewellery) come direct from our suppliers and can take up to 7-10 business days to ship. Please note, these items are not eligible for Express Fulfillment at present.

Timeframes may increase slightly during peak times, such as Holiday shopping periods. Occasionally some items may take longer due to the journey they make from our suppliers.

Will I receive an order confirmation email?

Yes, we automatically send you an order confirmation email (as soon as you complete an order), and a shipping confirmation order (as soon as your shipping label is printed). If you haven't received either of these, check your spam/trash folder and be sure to mark our emails as "safe".

How do I track my order?

Once your order is printed and packed for shipping you will receive an email (see above). This email contains your unique tracking link
